Wheat Watchers, a raspberry fruit beer brewed by Brewsters, has been designed as a soft and fruity beer that will appeal to women drinkers. In Lancashire, Moorhouse's is to stage a 'Beer Ascot' with 25 beers produced by brewsters. Chef Angela Hartnett has visited Shepherd Neame to see how beer is brewed for a forthcoming BBC2 series
