(RP) Embra uses Maris Otter pale malt with crystal and wheat malts. The hops are Chinook and Magnum. The beer has a deep bronze/copper colour with an aroma of freshly-baked bread, floral hops and sweet roasted grain and a hint of chocolate. Hop bitterness builds in the mouth, balanced by chocolate, cocoa, burnt fruit and rich grain. Sweet malt in the finish is balanced by bitter hops and burnt fruit. A complex and refreshing beer. 5.0% ABV, 33cl, 1.70, brewery website. Stewart Brewing, Hollyrood (Scotland) (RP) Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and wheat malt, with a complex recipe of Challenger, Northern Brewer, Styrian Goldings and Tettnang hops.
